Deborah Pocklingtonhas an excellent working knowledge of both the private and public sector and has an extensive background in marketing. She has over 15 years experience within two global IT software companies, the health and fitness industry and local government. During 2005 she was awarded ‘UK Contributor of the Year’ by her American software company employer.
Deborah has experience in telemarketing, customer retention, direct marketing, media, exhibition, press and advertising. Deborah is now Northamptonshire County Council’s Business Development &
Market Liaison Manager and in this role Deborah oversees the NBS function.

Liz Cross has worked for Northamptonshire County Council as an Administrator for the past 9 years. She was the sole administrator for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award for the County for 5 years before becoming a Centre Manager for Adult Learning. Following a reshuffle Liz was promoted to work in the County Council finance section before being promoted to Senior Administrator to help launch and support the Northamptonshire Business Service.
